Policy draft: full business identification, contact details and operating disclosures are still awaiting confirmation.
Who is responsible
Projected Christmas, Lisbon, Portugal, is the store operator. Its full legal identification, postal address and privacy contact are awaiting completion. Do not submit privacy-sensitive enquiries until a verified contact is provided.
Information and purposes
When you order, checkout processes your name, contact information, delivery/billing address, selected products and payment/order details to fulfil your purchase, provide support, prevent fraud and meet legal accounting obligations. Shopify processes checkout and payment information; card details are handled by checkout/payment providers, not collected by this storefront. Hosting and commerce providers may process technical information such as IP address and request logs for security and operation.
For EU customers, the applicable bases are performance of your purchase contract, legal obligations, and legitimate interests in proportionate fraud prevention and security. Optional marketing requires consent where required. This storefront does not have a marketing signup or install optional analytics/advertising trackers.
Cookies and local storage
Essential browser storage includes shopify-cart for your gift bag and projected-christmas-privacy for your privacy choice. The choice expires after 180 days; cart data remains until the cart is cleared or you remove browser storage. No optional analytics or advertising categories are enabled. You can reject optional storage or save essential-only preferences and reopen Cookie preferences from the footer.
Images, video, commerce and hosting services receive requests necessary to serve the page. Shopify checkout operates on its own domain with separate cookies and privacy controls; your storefront preference does not automatically configure checkout. The seller must verify provider processing and checkout controls before launch.
Sharing, transfers and retention
Order data is shared as necessary with commerce/payment providers and suppliers, fulfilment or delivery providers involved in your purchase. The seller must disclose its actual providers, international processing locations and appropriate transfer safeguards before launch. Data must be kept only as necessary for fulfilment, support, applicable tax/accounting obligations and lawful claims; confirmed retention periods are awaiting completion.
Your rights
Depending on the law that applies, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction or objection, and withdraw consent without affecting prior lawful processing. EU customers can complain to their supervisory authority, including Portugal’s CNPD. Canadian customers can contact the applicable federal/provincial privacy commissioner. US state and Mexican privacy rights apply where relevant, including access, correction, deletion and applicable objection/opt-out rights. Identity verification may be required; rights requests must not receive unlawful discriminatory treatment.
No sale/sharing or targeted-advertising tracking is enabled by this storefront. Global Privacy Control does not enable any optional trackers. A working privacy-request contact and any region-specific appeal process must be provided before trading.
Children and marketing
The store is not directed to children and does not knowingly seek children’s personal information. Marketing consent must be separate from buying or accepting these terms, and any future marketing messages must identify the sender and offer an effective unsubscribe option.
