Policy draft: full business identification, contact details and operating disclosures are still awaiting confirmation.

Costs and destinations

Shipping costs and available destinations are shown at checkout. No Christmas arrival date or fixed delivery window is promised. Your statutory delivery and refund rights remain unaffected.

Check the available delivery destination, shipping cost, taxes and any disclosed import/customs charges before paying. No free-shipping or express-delivery offer is made by this policy.

Dispatch and delivery

We do not promise a specific Christmas arrival date or fixed delivery window. This does not remove the duty to provide required pre-purchase delivery information or comply with applicable shipping laws. Any delivery estimate must be based on reliable fulfilment information, rather than an unsupported guarantee.

For EU consumers, delivery is generally due within 30 days unless another time is agreed. Statutory additional-time, cancellation and refund remedies apply to delays, including exceptions where a deadline was essential. For US orders, the FTC shipping rule requires a reasonable basis for stated shipping times, or generally shipment within 30 days when no time is stated, and the required delay notice, consent or refund. Applicable Canadian and Mexican protections also remain unaffected.

Delivery problems

If goods are lost, damaged or delayed, contact the seller using the verified order contact. For EU consumers, risk generally remains with the seller until you or your nominated recipient physically receives the goods, subject to statutory exceptions. Tracking information does not remove the seller’s responsibilities.
