Terms of service
Updated 18 October 2026
Policy draft: full business identification, contact details and operating disclosures are still awaiting confirmation.
Seller and scope
Projected Christmas, Lisbon, Portugal, operates projectedchristmas.shop. These terms apply to consumer purchases from this store. The full seller identification, street address, registration/tax details where required, and support contact must be completed before the store accepts orders.
Orders and payment
Product options, prices and availability are displayed on the product page. Review the currency, applicable taxes, shipping charges and total before paying in Shopify checkout. Payment methods depend on your location and checkout availability. An order acknowledgement confirms receipt; acceptance is confirmed when the order is accepted for fulfilment. If an order cannot be fulfilled, payments will be refunded as required by law. Pricing errors do not remove your consumer rights.
Delivery and returns
Shipping costs and available destinations are shown at checkout. No Christmas arrival date or fixed delivery window is promised. Your statutory delivery and refund rights remain unaffected.
Our Shipping and Returns & consumer rights policies form part of these terms. There is no voluntary 30-day returns offer. Mandatory cancellation, refund and faulty-goods rights are not excluded.
Your legal protections
Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including protections under applicable EU, Portuguese, US, Canadian or Mexican law. Portuguese law applies only to the extent it does not deprive consumers of mandatory protections in their country of habitual residence. There is no compulsory arbitration or waiver of statutory remedies.
Complaints and disputes
Raise order concerns through the seller contact supplied with your order. You may also approach the competent consumer authority, court or alternative dispute resolution body. Portuguese complaints-book access and the applicable consumer arbitration entity must be supplied before trading, where required. EU consumers may seek assistance from their national European Consumer Centre.
Changes
The terms presented at purchase apply to that order. Later revisions do not retrospectively remove rights from existing orders.
